OK, it was just one little reflection paper that I did, but it WAS the first paper I've written since the Spring of 1993. So I was more than a little nervous when Dr. House found me after class today to give me back my paper that I had written for Hermeneutics last week. I waited until I got to the car to look at it because I was afraid that if I received any negative comments that, while they would be helpful, my initial response would probably be tears. (Another piece of evidence to support Chad's comments about my being "uber-sensitive.") I needn't have worried! I received an A on the paper and had several positive comments..."good point", "good questions", and "thoughtful reflections." It was a great way to start my grad school academic career!
