2nd week of May

The second week of May was pretty quiet. Just the regular meetings and prepping for the end of the year check out from the residence halls.

On Sunday the 18th I went to Ohio for an open house for my friend Cheryl's baby. Cheryl had twins in September. The twins were several months early. A precious little girl - Josie and a sweet little boy - Ethan. Ethan's little body couldn't handle all the work it needed to do to heal, so he went home to be with Jesus when he was about a month old. Josie hung in there and got stronger day by day. She got to go home when it was cold -n- flu season, so she was not allowed to have any guests. She was dedicated at church on the 18th and her family hosted an open house that afternoon so that everyone could come meet Miss Josie. The Rissers and I made the trip out for the afternoon and were so glad that we did! It was fun to meet Josie and so good to see Cheryl again!

Deanna, Denise, Cheryl w/Josie, and me.
